This page explains how KOI Da Nang Guide pays for itself and how we keep the guide independent of the hotel.

1. How this site makes money

The “Check rates & availability” buttons on this site are affiliate links to the hotel’s page on Trip.com. If you click one and complete a stay, Trip.com may pay us a commission. That commission comes out of the platform’s own revenue: you pay the same price as if you had opened Trip.com yourself, and we never add a fee.

Affiliate links are marked for search engines with rel="sponsored", as Google asks.

2. Independence from the hotel

KOI Da Nang Guide is not owned, operated or endorsed by KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang or the company that runs it, and this is not the hotel’s official website. The hotel does not pay us, does not see our pages before they go live and has no say in what we write, including the drawbacks we report. Hotel names and trademarks appear only to identify the hotel this guide covers. We have no link with KOI Resort & Spa Hoi An either, a separate property in Cua Dai that this guide does not cover.

3. How we research

  • Facts come from the hotel’s published information, its listing on Trip.com, the Da Nang tourism portal and maps, checked against each other; where sources disagree, we say which one we follow.
  • Distances and driving times are measured on a map from the hotel at 11 Truong Sa, and given as a range when traffic matters.
  • Anything only the hotel can confirm is labelled “on request” rather than promised.
  • Every page shows the month it was last checked.

4. Images

Photos of the hotel, its rooms, villas and facilities are the hotel’s own published photos. Images of the beach, the Marble Mountains, Hoi An and other places around the hotel are AI-generated illustrations made for this guide, not photographs; they show what a place is like, not a particular day.

5. Corrections

If something here is out of date or wrong, email [email protected]. We check each report, correct the page and update its “facts checked” date.
