From the airport
A free Ford Transit shuttle leaves the airport at 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00, and heads back from the resort at 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00. Book it at least one day ahead (shuttle hotline +84 901 917 919); the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Outside those times the hotel car costs VND 450,000 for 4 seats, 550,000 for 7 or 750,000 for 16, one way (January 2026 price list, 8% VAT included). Grab and metered taxis also wait at arrivals.

To Hoi An
There is no free shuttle to Hoi An. The hotel car runs one way for VND 650,000 (4 seats), 750,000 (7) or 900,000 (16), or stays with you for seven hours for VND 1,400,000, 1,500,000 or 1,750,000 (January 2026 price list). Marble Mountains on foot
The resort sits at the foot of the Marble Mountains: Linh Ung Non Nuoc Pagoda is about 400 m by road. The stone-carving workshops of Non Nuoc village line the streets in between, a few hundred metres from the gate, so the walk doubles as a browse through the sculpture yards. No car or transfer is needed.
Walk over if you go early or late in the day when the steps are cooler. Skip the climb if stairs are hard for someone in your group; the carving village alone is flat.

The airport shuttle needs a day’s notice and the city shuttle at least four hours; city seats go first come, first served. Message the shuttle hotline once your flight is confirmed.

Show “11 Truong Sa, Ngu Hanh Son” rather than a ward name. Old and new ward names both circulate, and some map apps wrongly tag this stretch with “Hoi An”.

Honest note
This is a beach-and-mountain address, not a city one. The centre is about 10 km away and Hoi An 18 km, the free city shuttle runs just once each way a day, and guests regularly mention relying on Grab or taxis for evenings out.
Questions about getting to and from KOI Resort Da Nang
What happens if my flight lands after the last free shuttle at 18:00?
You book the hotel car or take a Grab or taxi from arrivals. The free shuttle only leaves the airport at the six fixed times between 08:00 and 18:00. The hotel car is VND 450,000 for a 4-seater one way, plus a late-hours surcharge from 22:00 to 05:00 (January 2026 price list). Arrange it with the shuttle hotline at least a day before you fly.
Why do some booking pages give the address as Hoa Hai Ward?
Because Da Nang renamed its wards in July 2025. Hoa Hai, Khue My, My An and Hoa Quy were merged into a single Ngu Hanh Son Ward and the district level was dropped. “11 Truong Sa, Hoa Hai, Ngu Hanh Son District” and “11 Truong Sa, Ngu Hanh Son Ward” are the same resort, and the street number is what drivers need.
Is KOI Resort Da Nang on My Khe Beach or Non Nuoc Beach?
It is on Non Nuoc Beach, at the southern end of Da Nang’s long city shoreline. The sand runs unbroken north to My Khe, which is why a few listings use that name, but the busy My Khe stretch near An Hai is about 9 km away by road, roughly 15–20 minutes by car.
Where does the free city shuttle drop off, and when does it return?
It leaves the resort at 09:00 for the car park of the Museum of Cham Sculpture, next to the Dragon Bridge, and comes back at 15:00. Book at least four hours ahead; seats are first come, first served. If you want to stay in town for the evening, plan on a Grab or taxi back, about 10 km.
How much is the hotel car to Hoi An for a full day?
