These terms explain what happens when you leave koiresortresidencedanang.com to reserve a room, suite, apartment or villa at KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang. This site is run by KOI Da Nang Guide (“we”, “us”). Read them alongside the terms Trip.com shows you before you pay.
1. What this site is
We publish an independent guide to KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang on Non Nuoc Beach: its rooms and villas, its location below the Marble Mountains, its pools and facilities, and the practical questions guests ask before booking. We are not the hotel, we are not the hotel’s official website, and we are not a travel agent. Nothing is sold on this site: we take no reservations, payments or deposits.
2. How booking works
Buttons such as “Check rates & availability” open the hotel’s page on Trip.com in a new tab. A reservation you make there is a contract between you, Trip.com and the hotel. Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by Trip.com and the hotel under the terms and privacy policy you review and accept at their checkout.
3. Prices and availability
We do not show room prices. Rates and availability are set by the hotel and Trip.com, vary by date, room type and cancellation terms, and are confirmed only at checkout on Trip.com. The conditions printed next to the rate you select are the ones that apply. Where we mention a charge set by the hotel itself, such as a private car or a pool day pass, we give the month of the price list it comes from.
4. Hotel information on this site
Each page is built from the hotel’s own published information, its listing on Trip.com, maps and our own checks, and shows the month it was last checked. Room names and sizes on the booking page can differ slightly from the hotel’s own list; we use the hotel’s figures. A “river view” on the booking page means the KOI river, a man-made waterway inside the resort grounds. Hotels change opening hours, policies and facilities without notice. Anything only the hotel can confirm — early check-in, a connecting room, a particular floor or view, extra beds — is marked as a request; send it to the hotel after you book.
5. Images
Photos of the hotel, its rooms, villas and facilities are the hotel’s own published photos. Each room photo shows a typical room of that type; the one you are given can differ in floor, view and furnishings, so read the room description on Trip.com before you book. Images of the beach, the Marble Mountains, Hoi An and other places around the hotel are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs.
6. Changes, cancellations and complaints
We cannot see, change or cancel your reservation. Use the booking management section of Trip.com, or contact the hotel. Requests that belong to the hotel itself, such as its scheduled airport shuttle, go to the hotel. If you are unsure where to turn, email [email protected] and we will point you to the right place.
7. Our responsibility
We work to keep this guide accurate, but it is general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the services of the hotel or Trip.com, or for decisions based on details that changed after our last check.
